MTV premiered the Marco Brambilla Directed clip for “Power” last night. Despite all the ego and the partially self perpetuated hate Kanye seems to find himself in constantly, I enjoy him. He’s a curator and a creator. 

Marco makes beautiful work and was one of the first Visual Artists to experiment with some of the camera techniques that were eventually used in the The Matrix. The video is short and generated buzz because of it. It didn’t hurt that true to form Kanye asked that it be called a “Moving Picture”. Way to poke the bears Yeezy. 

I actually missed the video as it premiered because i jumped out get a glass of water which I now know takes at least 1:42. @Lyneka over on the Twitter was nice enough to provide a link and some discourse on the video. 

Cut to this morning and we have another version of the video. A Director’s Cut has hit and it’s chock full of Tits and Ass. In the classiest of ways it being a Renaissance styled piece. 

I’m honestly more in like with the Clothed edit. The Nude one takes a different course as far as the content and not just the actual nudity. But, take a look and head to the Comments and let me know what you think…..
