Monday Check In…
Obsessing over: I always pick the most random TV shows to be ten million years late on. This time it’s Breaking Bad. Found it on Netflix and now I am not allowed to let it play in the background as I work because no work will get done.
Working on: The usual. My new essay series “So this one time…” and my newest gig that’s only a few weeks old, coordinating the Weekend Market @ Dekalb Market.
Thinking about: Lunch. Go out and get groceries? Eat lunch out? Make coffee, skip lunch and rally someone for an early dinner? I am an ocean of options.
Anticipating: Not sure, I haven’t gone through my email label “Attend” and cleaned up my calendar.
Listening to: The first episode of Bleak House on Netflix. If it looks like Masterpiece Theatre made it and everyone has corsets I’m probably letting it run in the background during the day.
Drinking: Not yet, but I bought a new Rose yesterday so I may crack that open later.
Wishing: I didn’t feel like making soup in August. Does anyone else just really want soup right now?
